Week by week
Week 2: Auth
We add real authentication. Sign-up, login, protected routes, user accounts. The product becomes something you can actually let people use.
Week 3: Payments
We add subscriptions and billing. Plans, paywalls, upgrades. By the end of week three you have a product someone could pay for.
Week 4: Launch
We polish, deploy, write the launch post, and get the product live. You leave week four with a deployed product and a working launch sequence.
What you leave with
A deployed product. Live URL. Real users. Working auth. Working payments. Your codebase, fully owned by you, that you can keep shipping into for the next year.
Plus the build instinct. After four weeks of working in your environment together, you'll know how to prompt, how to scope, how to debug, and when to stop building and start shipping. You won't need a build partner again.
