This is a free four-week sprint for founders who want to actually ship. We meet once a week, three hours live, and we build together in Lovable. By the end of week four you have a deployed product with real auth, real payments, and your first users on it.

What Cohort 1 shipped
Real builds from real founders in the first two weeks — landing pages, dashboards, and admin views in week 1, then real auth and database wired in by week 2.

Who runs this
I'm Shola. I've worked with 100+ founders to build and ship MVPs across v0, Lovable, Bolt, Base44, and many others. Helm Labs is where I sit down with founders and help them get the product out. Not someday, now.
The Sprint is the free version of what I normally do 1:1. I'm running it because I'd rather see twenty more products in the world this quarter than keep that work behind a paywall.
What you get
One session per week for 4 weeks, three hours each, live.
Week 2 — Auth and Database
We add real authentication: sign-up, login, and protected routes, so it stops being a demo and starts being something people can actually log into and use.
Week 3 — Payments
Plans, paywalls, upgrades, the whole thing. By the end of the session your product can take money from a real customer.
Week 4 — Launch
We deploy, write the launch post, line up the directories, and push it out. You finish the day with a live product and a link you can share.
What you leave with
A deployed product. Live URL. Real auth. Real payments. Your codebase, fully yours, that you can keep shipping into.

Yes, really. The sprint itself doesn't cost anything. We all build in Lovable together, so the only thing on you is a Lovable account, and any credits you use there are billed by Lovable directly.
